I don’t see strong reasons to participate in Fandom but don’t create an account. Anyway, for some cases wikis allow logged-out people to edit. For the cases where it’s not allowed, it’s done by purpose because the wikis are more sensitive or because they usually receive too much bad content or vandalism, and this measure prevents it.

Wikipedia's edit request system isn't really a "feature" in the sense that it can be set up on-wiki and doesn't involve any extra software. Individual Fandom wikis can already set up similar systems, and some already have.

    How?

Many people still want to edit on Fandom without a account when they leave Fandom or don’t want to apart of Fandom.

May be their can be a way with temporary accounts.

Or do something similar to the edit quest feature which those without an account are unable to edit and but still want to edit can still edits the pages through something similar where the pages are protected or not.

Many people will feel forced to join Fandom to do the edits they want on a wiki with anonymous editing off and many people don’t want to be forced to join Fandom.

If a wiki has anonymous editing restricted it is due valid reasons as I mentioned. I still don’t understand why people would like to “improve Fandom” but not “join” Fandom.

May be they are unable to do Fandom because they don’t have a lot of time even though they want to.

If they don’t have time, then they are not able to edit.
