Profile pages automatically created

You know how Fandom use to have users profiles pages be automatically created on wikis when they first edit on that wiki. May be we should bring that feature back to prevent user from accidentally edit on those pages and users don’t have to create those themselves if they don’t want to.

  We can add user pages on a repository wiki that is used for any new wiki that is created, in the same way you can see other elements like the main page or other related templates. However, we are not adding them anymore because of resource reasons. In addition, adding a user page from any user - even an employee - is not necessary for all new wikis existing in the platform.
