Demoted admin without unblocking

What can a user do if an admin was demoted by a staff member or a bureaucrat without unblocking them? (https://pure-good-heroes.fandom.com/wiki/Special:Contributions/Mp0299951) Should they just contact both the blocking admin and the person who demoted an admin?

  If an admin blocked you and there are not an admin anymore, you have 2 options:

  • If the wiki has other active admins, you should appeal your block talking with them. Eventually, they should review the situation, and if they are not able to support why you were blocked by the other admin, they should unblock the user.
  • If the wiki doesn’t have active admins, you can basically contact us and we would review the case.

  My answer does not apply to this specific situation on the wiki, as I am unable to judge it.
  In most cases, the rules on the wiki describe the conditions under which a ban can be appealed. If the admin in question is no longer active - whether they have resigned or been demoted - only an active admin on the wiki can help.
