Add template type changes to Special:RecentChanges

Template type changes are already tracked in Special:Log, but moderators typically check Special:RecentChanges instead of Special:Log. To make moderation easier, template type changes should also appear in Special:RecentChanges, just like page creations do.

  Unfortunately, this is not possible for technical reasons. Recent Changes shows changes on pages based on MediaWiki (page content, protection, title, etc.), while changing the type of template is something external that we implemented but is not reflected in the core of the page (template). For instance, this change is neither shown in the history of the template, while the other examples of changes I’ve mentioned are always included there.
